Reiki Session (via Zoom)

This is where you return to yourself. Each Reiki session is a guided energetic realignment — a space to release what’s been weighing on you and reconnect with the calm, confident presence that’s always been within. Whether you choose 60 or 90 minutes, the experience unfolds intuitively, blending traditional Reiki energy work with grounded energetic insight to meet you exactly where you are. As the energy flows, your system begins to soften. Old tension unwinds, the mind quiets, and your body starts to remember what safety feels like. For some, it’s a gentle exhale and a reset. For others, it’s a deeper awakening — a reclamation of identity, confidence, and inner vitality. You’ll leave feeling lighter, more centered, and clear in your energy — like you’re standing fully in your own light again. 60 minutes offers a restorative energetic reset. 90 minutes allows for a deeper journey of release, reflection, and renewal.
